Tokyo, Japan Customer Solutions Center houses the Phoenix Nanotom M, Phoenix V|tome|x M300 and Speed|scan CT64 system. The Phoenix Nanotom M is a nanofocus system for scientific and industrial computed tomography (microCT and nanoCT) and 3D metrology. The Phoenix V|tome|x M300, with scanning power of up to 300kV/500W, enables high precision 3D measurement referring to VDI 2630 guidelines. Our Speed|scan CT64 system uses proven medical gantry based CT technology for fully automated high-speed industrial CT inspection, e.g. for production process control and optimization in light metal foundries.
