Based at the former SEIFERT headquarters of Waygate Technologies' X-ray and Computed Radiography product business, the Customer Solutions Center (CSC) in Ahrensburg / Hamburg offers customers a wide range of professional X-ray inspection services performed with Waygate Technologies' 2D X-ray systems, 3D Computed Tomography and Computed Radiography (CR), training and expert technical support.
Application fields are automated 2D X-ray inspection with the Phoenix X|cube systems with optional CT. For fast and precise inspection and measurement of complex high pressure turbine blades, a Blade|line system is available. For high throughput fast helix CT-inspection of bigger components there is the Speed|scan CT 64. In case 2D Computed Radiography (CR) is required, we provide our CRxFlex Scanner as well as the CRxVision CR Scanner for fast and high quality scans and Waygate’s Rhythm software for productive and secure NDT data evaluation and DICONDE compliant management.
Our services are X-ray inspection, which is specialized for parts from automotive, aerospace, Oil & Gas and casting industry, fast CT scans, DR and CR for digital imaging.
